During this procedure, medical professionals spotted signs of a muscle condition and state that he developed this condition due to complications stemming from the previous operation. The man says that negligence during the initial procedure has left him with permanent injuries and reports indicate that he was awarded as substantial monetary judgment during recent legal proceedings.
