Despite complaining of severe pain following the procedure, reports state that he was released from the facility later that day.

The lawsuit states that the man visited the doctor several days later with complaints of severe leg pain and was scheduled to undergo another operation. During this procedure, medical professionals spotted signs of a muscle condition and state that he developed this condition due to complications stemming from the previous operation. The man says that negligence during the initial procedure has left him with permanent injuries and reports indicate that he was awarded as substantial monetary judgment during recent legal proceedings.
